Our acting training program prepares individuals to become professionals in the film industry. The U.A.P acting program provides extensive training in media equipment, communication, and film direction by trusted directors. At the end of your acting lesson, you’ll have a competitive portfolio that defines your individuality yet emphasizes your capabilities as an actor/actress. Potential students get to acquire the skills that all great actors share: mastery of voice and movement, expression of one's imagination, and the ability to act naturally. As an added benefit, you will work in a collective environment that fosters networking opportunities with other talented artists.

Acting for the Screen

The Acting Certificate is designed for those who want to pursue an acting career in film, television, commercials and digital media. After completing the required courses, students maximize their performance, auditioning, and improvisation skills under the guidance of acting professionals. Students have the opportunity to perform in front of the camera and learn the practical business skills needed to succeed in the industry.
